It's a computer program. I think the newest version is 7. The normal way of getting it is buying it, but you could download it. Well, again, when you get it, give me a shout.

Just find the item "Photoshop" and click on it.. I think..
Then.. as I assumed, Adobe will only provide a tryout for Photoshop.. but don't worry. Even if it's a try out, it still has the most used features.. ^^'''

hmm, last i heard photoshop 7 cost $400. i'd get photoshop elements instead if buying. it's only $20 if you can get all the rebates.
there's no real steps to creating a banner. you need to test out the program and its features. to get use to it.

DeviantArt. It normally doesn't go down or you can ask some people if they want to host it.
