My feelings of love turned into self hatred.
A past that seems to renew itself daily.
And a pain I can no longer escape.
For its with you I wish to be but the pain is too much for me.
In my place as a friend.
I ask myself will I stay this way till the end.
The truth rears its ugly face over and over again.
I lack such human qualities of a friend... a lover...
As I let the tears make their way down my face.
Its my inner soul thats so bruised yet even looks at my outter self in disgrace.
Let it all just go away!
Please let this pain reside for just another day.
How much longer could I have managed to lock myself up?
Whether I do so or not my feelings show cause I am so hallow.
Maybe its because the caring part of my soul has become too shallow.
So now I take my place with the rest of the lost souls within the shadows.

almost heavenly

forgetting all problems and heartaches

forgetting my troubles is the easiest thing with you

and that makes me happy
to know that I'll never be alone

and never letting me down
my forever stead fast rock
who watches me for any signs like a hawk
to fly me away from anything that keeps me from a smile

that makes me feel so special

A question,
an idea,
determination,
these things led me here,
i know not what lies ahead,
yet i continue,
as the early morning fog rolls in,
a figure emerges from the fog,
it's an old man sitting on a log,
this man speaks to me,
"you have a question,
i might not have an answer for you,
never the less hear me out",
puzzled by his words i stop to listen,
"this road you travel is long,
it is a rather arduous journey,
although journeys of the mind are",
"a journey is long,
and it will be tough,
but never give up",
with those words the sun hit my eyes,
as i opened my eyes the man had dissapeared,
on the log where he sat words were etched,
they said this,
something stirred his heart,
and he set out on a journey of discovery,
alas this road became his,
road without destination.
