Heh they finally decided to do something with Final Fantasy 7 :P. Yea it looks pretty cool and wow they brought Sephiroth back? Guess it wouldn't be much of a game without him :P. I can't wait to see how they got him back in the story. Hopefully they won't mess this up because there are going to be really high expectations for a sequel, or movie, to Final Fantasy VII. Certainly has me excited :P.

If it does come out, I sure hope they clear up that love triangle cuz Cloud loved AERIS. -_-

Anyway...it looks good...but not great...Id think they would really have to nail all the actors if it is going to be successful...and they would have to create Red and Cait Sith if they are including them in...so it may end up being a couple of years before it is complete...but hopefully it is going to be cool...

I've seen the trailer, but I'm really upset that Sephiroth has shorter hair ;_; other than that it looked really awsome. It comes out in Japan Summer 2004 ack can't wait. This better be a good movie!

The trailers on the site all say Summer 2004, but considering it's practically winter now, they're saying sometime in the first quarter of 2005(and that's the japanese version)

Who knows when the english version will be out..

When is the movie going to be sub and coming here to USA or when is it coming out here...

Newest japanese trailer says, "Coming Soon". I would think they're holding out until the release of the PSP, which is sometime next year for both the US and JP.

However, we probably could be looking at a '06 release of AC with english dubbing. Not that I care or anything. I'd rather have the japanese one ^_^

I dunno whether it'd take another year for an english dubbing. I reckon Square America will push really hard to get a 2005 release.

that release date in the trailers is for jap..... i here from gamestop the american release date is sometime in november.

Yeah, so far that's been just an unconfirmed rumor, but it'll probably happen for the american release. Sony is handling distribution, and they wanna make the big bucks, so they're gonna wait for the holidays.

Doesn't matter to me, I'm gonna watch the JP version first, and then I'll buy the NA release. ^_^
