Talk about reviving old threads. I'd like to return Zack Drytis, with a few (many) alterations. I don't want to delete memories, so I'm re-posting the character with modifications. My English was terrible 5 years ago...

History:
Fantasy Zero
Zachary Drytis is a former holy knight of the Fantasy Zero realm. He was known as Roukie Strife in those days. The 100 year war that tore the realm apart had taken its toll on the guardians of peace, the holy knights, and peace itself was all but fleeting once more. It was not long before an evil arose that overshadowed all other. Attempts made to destroy the evil all failed. The guardians of peace were decimated in their ranks, citizens fled their homes and lived in solitude, and Fantasy Zero looked for blame. Roukie would soon find that all he had sworn to protect had turned on him, for the great evil was revealed to be his father, Gen. Even Geo, the city he had grew up in and protected his entire life, now despised him. The knights banished Roukie from the order, and he was forced out of Geo. He sought to get revenge on the evil that caused the destruction of everything he had ever known. Over time he met friends, allies and even a sibling. Many lives were lost in the horrific battles, and Roukie was even forced to bury his own brother. In the end, neither side came out victorious. Roukie was able to defeat, but not kill Gen. Gen escaped into the darkness, and Roukie left the Fantasy Zero realm for a new life. He had failed to do what was right and just, failed as a holy knight, as a brother, and as a son.
Eternal Depth
Roukie's new destination was the Eternal Depth realm. It was high-tech, much unlike to the medieval conditions of the decimated Fantasy Zero. He was greeted with a friendly new atmosphere, the likes of which he had never experienced. Here he joined Eternal Garden, the realm's training ground and recreational center for orphans and the homeless, and changed his name to Kie. He found Neo there, an ally from the Fantasy Zero wars and made friends fast. He quickly ascended to a senior training instructor and was living a peaceful life at last...until one day. Troops from Gen's army found the location of Kie and Neo. They attacked the Garden by air during the night, leaving the place in fiery ruins. Kie, Neo and a few students were on a training exercise when it happened. They scrounged for survivors, finding nobody. Kie felt the full responsibility of thousands of lives on his shoulders. Gen's army was looking for him, not the students, not survivors of the war, not Neo, but
him. A year after the destruction of Eternal, Kie and Neo had built a new center for people who had lost their way. They built it over the cleared ruins of the old one and named it Garden Zero, which was short for Eternal Garden Ground Zero. The Garden was opposed by some students who survived the previous attack. They built their own Garden within the following year, claiming it was much safer without the two causes of the first Garden's destruction there. The two Gardens were constantly in battles...sometimes fun, sometimes heated. The leader of the Elsion Garden, as it was called, was Vion; a young, athletic former Eternal student who kept challenging Kie to battle. The young fighter matched Kie in every aspect, and it seemed the fighting would never end. The two Gardens decided to merge after 2 years of "war", for the sake of the students and elderly that resided there. The Garden retained the title of Garden Zero, however, and Elsion was dissolved. One fateful day, 3 months after the merge, Kie and Neo received word of a new war going on in Fantasy Zero. Gen had returned to power and was more ruthless than ever. Kie, no...Roukie, had no choice but to take his blade once more and confront his greatest fears. He left Neo in charge and set for the long journey back to his home town of Geo. It had been 8 years...
Fantasy Zero: The Return of Gen
Roukie found an old ally on the way to Geo. Rufus, one of comrades in the war of the Blitz Lords, whom he thought was lost in the battle of Lucemia. The Fantasy Zero realm was a more dark and dreary place than ever before. The sixth continent had been decimated, and half the population lost. In Geo, as the pair planned their trip, news arose that Gen's forces were destroyed by a new evil. Gen had now returned to Satyr, his hometown, where he peacefully resided. Roukie and Rufus headed to Satyr, revenge in mind. They didn't care that he had lost allies, and that he wanted peace. Gen destroyed thousands of lives looking for Roukie, and to the pair's advantage, Gen thought he was dead. At Satyr, Roukie and Rufus calmly walked into the bar where they had first met and lost to Gen, and demanded they finish things once and for all. Gen led the pair to the outskirts of the city. Someone was not leaving alive today... The battle raged long and hard. Roukie fueled by his failure before, and Gen by his anger over defeat that saw the betrayal of many of his allies. Near the end of the battle, Roukie and Gen were locked in arms, and Rufus saw an opening to end the battle. As he struck, Roukie screamed "No!", prompting Gen to turn around and counter-attack Rufus through the chest. Rufus dropped to the ground in disbelief, as his life faded. Roukie dropped his blade and fell to his knees. He had killed his best friend to protect his father. Gen walked silent away...
Fantasy Zero: End of Wars
The new evil tyrant Draven, a former ally of Gen's in the Blitz Lords and leader of his army, had the same plan of finding and destroying Gen. He believed Gen had become emotionally weak after the last battle with Roukie. Gen had felt this pain all too much over the years. He knew he could not defeat Draven alone. He travelled across land and sea, avoiding Draven's armies and struggling to survive. He found Roukie in a small village south of the ruins of Lucemia. Geo had been destroyed, and Roukie had a new life. He had a wife and son now. Sayukie was 5, and looking more like his old man every day. Roukie was a calm soul these days, and he and Gen had a talk about the realm's situation. They did not get long to talk, for Draven had been tracking Gen for a long time, and caught up with the pair off-guard during their conversation. Draven brought an ally, caith, with him. Caith was also a former Blitz Lord with Gen. He set to attacking Roukie while Draven went for Gen. Caith was no real match for Roukie, but when Claire and Sayukie came outside to see what was happening, Caith saw an opportunity to strike. His magic abilities were great, and sent a powerful lightening attack their way. Roukie dashed to deflect it, but only managed to block half of it...the other half had struck Claire. Roukie quickly and angerly disposed of Caith with one fatal strike to the head, and returned to his son's side. He told Sayukie to stay inside for a moment, as he was going to assist Gen in the main battle. At Gen's side, and filled with the anger of lost friends and loved ones, the father and son found a combined power within never seen before or henceforth in any realm. Draven was very powerful however, and although was overcome for most of the fight, he managed to get a final, cheap attack on Gen's throat. As Roukie finished Draven off, Gen slumped effortlessly to the ground. Roukie ran to his side, but Gen had little time. He managed to say "I'm sorry." before drifting off in eternal rest.
Roukie took his son to the Earth realm after the battle. It was reknown for being safe, and Roukie knew his son would not be safe with him. He then left for a quiet and lonely life, repenting for all he had done. He changed his name to Zachary Satyr Drytis, after his father's hometown Satyr and a variation of Gen's last name, Physlin. He hoped nobody would ever discover his past in Fantasy Zero, but somebody watched the final battle, and somebody wants revenge...
Personality: Very quiet. He keeps to himself these days.
Weapon:
The Magustic Blade: Zack found it on his return to Fantasy Zero. He used it during the final battle against Draven.
The Ultima Blade: His old weapon, formerly the Larian Blade, which he has kept all the way through his journeys.
Limit Breaks:
Triple Offensive: An upward slash, then a middle slash, then a lower slash. Can be done with one or two blades at a time.
Raging Pain: I won't do this one in RP fights, it would be unfair. Zack holds his blades up into the the air and crosses them. He then pictures in his mind the target and the blades send an unblockable, devastating blast of pure energy from the realm directly at the target. Will destroy anything, no matter the target. It is the ultimate technique. This will be reserved for RPs I make that allow destruction of entire armies with ease.
