Description: blue hair, spikey and semi long. blue eyes which are so pale sometimes look milky white and a small physic. he can sprout grey/blue/ shimmering wings from his back when he calls on them, 10metre wingspan, enough to give him the gift of flight. black is the colour with a sweat, pants and boots.

History: Teddy was born the bastard child of an angel who had fallen from heaven and was raped while her wounds were being tended for in a village that was on teh verge of civil war. Teddy's mother died a few months after her giving birth to a group of renegade rebels who were fleeing from the oppressive army of the town and set fire to the house she was sleeping in. Teddy was saved by the military and was raised accordingly. he later learned of it's corruptivness and fled with the skills the military had taught him. he now lives as a vagabond doing odd mercenary jobs and attempting to be anywhere where good is failing and the dark rises against.

Personality: generally a loud mouth and has a thirst for adventure. he wants to prove himself. He gets quiet and phiosophical at times but he is the traditional party animal. This may be due to hiding old wounds and bottling it up or just that since he knew no one at a real personal level he is now just trying to make friends

Weapons: dual katana forged by teddy and the military to bear his
individual style. forged with 20 000 folds each. contains elements for his wings to meld it to them.

Character Spells: winged one- releases his wings, enabling him to fly

wing defense- his wings become hard as steel and wrap them around his body or flicks them around to deflect blows, bolts, blasts and slashes... to a certain degree and strength this will hold. he has a v2. of this skill which is good for one use but will prevent all damage

storm- teddy's wings can provide enough wind to blow people off the ground and send them flying. v2. teddy lets his wings release their feathers into the whirlwind and lets then slash at the enemy while they are caught in the wind tunnel.

heal- teddy can heal fast and heal others due to his angel status

4 play- teddy's wings become hard and solid as swords, effectively equipping him with 2 katana in his hands and two other mobile blades on his back hence 4=swords, play=fun time
