Me too. :) I've been playing since March of '05. I'm still not all that great though. There's very few songs I can play the entirety of. because I don't practice enough

What got you into playing?

Actually I just told myself one day, "You know what...I'm going to play guitar!" Ever since I got my first guitar I've been practicing everyday now.

Been playing mostly parts of songs and such. Been trying to learn some of Yngwie Malmsteens songs. I can play part of his Trilogy Suite slow :P

Haha, yeah I was the same way. Then I watched the BECK anime, and that gave me enough inspiration and motivation. And my mom was able to get my guitar cheap from her co-worker.

I'm all self-taught, so I 'spose that has a bit of an effect on how well/fast I learn ^^,

well i would love to learn how to play the drums if only i had a place to put the damn kit! i gave up on singing because i hated the sound of my OWN voice let alone anyone else so i thought that taking out my aggression and banging sticks round like a neandathol would be a great thing to do! then i realized my room was space wise on par with the toilet... or the closet, i'm still in measurement stages

I have an eletric guitar, but I can only do like 1-2 songs and I had it for a couple years because I have this mental problem about teaching myself the guitar, I need someone else to teach me lmao

and as for the keyboard I can play marry had a little lamb...yep...thats it.... :admire:
