Title: Go PS3 Campers!

To those that didn't know (probably all of you) I was one of those strange people waiting in front of Best Buy for days to buy the faulty, glitchy, and highly coveted PS3. While it may be hard finding things to do sitting outside a store for hours when your cell phone and Ipod have allready died, the danger factor that may involve getting mugged or knifed after buying the system made the experience pretty exciting. Plus, we got a lot of media attention for being one of the few non-violent or non-rioting lines.
Btw, I was #3 in line. The guy I was camping with who was in the #1 spot got all the media attention and all that. Still, #3 was pretty sweet!

Hehe, I sort of forgot to mention that I actually got the system for someone else who sold it for $2,200. I got paid $200 plus free food and gas for doing it. He did keep one though, and he has another one to sell. So, while I don't actually own one, I can still say I bought one, and I can still be one of the few in the world that are playing one by going to my friends house.
And yah, it's as faulty as everyone guessed it would be. The display system in Best Buy freezes every day. My friend's froze the first day playing.. but when all is said, at least it hasn't fried itself.
I will buy a Wii sometime in the near future. Probably after Christmas though.

Anyone who got any number of PS3's and didn't sell every single one of them is a complete moron. I mean, GUARANTEED to double your money! I don't care HOW bad you want it, SURELY being able to get a system for basically nothing (and perhaps a bit more), is worth waiting until the next shipment. Of course, the REALLY smart people would buy a PS3, sell it, and then use the money to buy a Wii with four controllers, nunchucks, retro controllers, and a few games, and then pocket the rest. :P
