For the first of a handful of events I have planned for you, my fellow ATians, I bring you....Celebrity week(RANDOM)! If you're too lazy to read all of this, skip down to section © and (D) for the quick guides. However, I would advise that you actually read the whole thing, merely for the fact that I went through all the trouble compiling it. xD


Section (A) What do I do?

1. Pick a Celebrity. This can be anyone from Movies, Music, TV, etc. Anime/Cartoon characters will count, just 'cause they're technically celebs..lol. Voice Actors, too, if you want. No video game characters. We'll save that for a possible Celeb Week v.2 ^^

2. PM/IM/EMAIL/PHONE/TEXT (I'm giving you lots of options, so no complaining. xD) the name of the celebrity to me. If you wanna start it on time, do it by Sunday/Monday, depending on your location on the planet.

3. How fast you all turn in your names will determine how fast you'll get your final, randomly chosen celebrity name. The faster you pick, the faster we can start.

4. Just to spice things up a bit, I'll be throwing a couple of extra celeb names into the mix incase you want to switch. You will be given the option to switch names ONCE, and ONCE ONLY. For example, if you don't want to be Richard Simmons, you have the option to PM me for a switch. I will in turn give you one of my extra celeb names. Once you choose to get a new name, you're stuck with it, so choose wisely, for I might make your celebrity worse. Mwahah...*cough* Yeah...

5. Once everyone has been given their random celebrity name, I'll send out an verification email of your Username being changed (just incase you might forget and can't login xD). Once your name has been officially changed on the board, the fun starts...


Section (B) So I've got the name...now what?

Well, for starters, you can change your avatar, signature, and user title to match it. Fiddle around in photoshop, paint, or whatever. Just have fun with it. Throughout the week, I'll be making special little events for your new personalities to take part in ^_~ But I won't spoil the surprise yet. You'll just have to wait and see.

Section (D) FAQ

Can I choose who I want to be? No.
Can I choose who someone else gets to be? No.
Can I swap names with another person? Now where's the fun in that? No.
Who am I PM'ing this to again? KATRAK
You're too slow! I WANT MY NAME NOW!!!! I'm not here 24/7, yo. But you'll more than likely get a fast response from me if you PM or email it.
I don't like my name. Can I change it? Yes. But only once. See Section (B) part 4.
Do I have to participate? Nope. Totally voluntary. I don't see why anybody wouldn't want to though...
I wasn't here when it started! Can I still join?! Of course. You'll get whatever names are left over.
What can I use in my signature/avatar/etc? Whatever you like, so long as it has your celebrity in it, or anything related to your celebrity. Be creative, but keep it clean.
Can I suggest events? Sure. I'm totally open to any and all ideas you guys have. This goes for future events, and events within the timeframe of this celebrity week.
I have a question and it's not listed here! Feel free to PM me, or post here. I'll answer when I get the chance.
Section C looks like the copyright symbol. Yeah, it automatically formatted it that way and I'm too lazy to go and change it. Oh well. Copyright symbols are cool.

In closing...

That's about the gist of it, everybody. Let me reiterate that when picking names, you're not picking for yourself. Also, nothing too vulgar when it comes to avatar/signature/usertitles/and celebrity names themselves. PG13, please.

Everyone gets to make a signature and avatar set throughout the week. At the end of the week, everyone will rate eachothers sets based on technique, creativity, use of resources, humor, and so on. :D

In other words, you don't need photoshop skillz to come out on top. And by looking at things so far, Mr. T is totally getting a hi score from meeee. :lol:
