Title: AT Survivor II - Japan
Description: Outwit, Outplay, Outlast, Ownz0r

Bruce Lee - December 23, 2005 08:19 AM (GMT)
Alrighty Survivors, welcome to Japan!

You are in the middle of the Mountainous Region, Hikoto, 155km north-west of Tokyo. The two tribes, Seikon and Tasukaru, will head of in searchnof their respective camps, with only this map and compass, as well as...nothing else. That's right, take off your backpacks and leave em there. You're leaving with whatever you have on you. At camp, you will find meager food and water supplies. This means you will have to find your own supplies eventually.

You have your tribe, you have your clothes, and you have the mountains. Survivors ready? Go!

(OOC: I'll ask kindly to leave all signatures out of posts here. Thanks.)

Kiefer Sutherland - December 23, 2005 08:25 AM (GMT)
"I cant believe I actually signed up for this..." Neo said in disgust...he looked at his team members and thought...You gotta be kidding me...oh well, might as well get this over with...

"Lets get going guys...I hope this is a somewhat bareable journey..." He said before trudging off in a random direction...

Might i add that Survivor is a game about creating alliances and friendships (whether they be trustful or not is irrelevant) and as your "thoughts" in this game appear before everyone in your tribe, i'd advise that your time in this game may be short if you show your disgust publicly...don't think you're doing people a favour by playing, just be a player. No-one who plays survivor is supposed to hate it.

And what was the last line in my post? The one in bold.

Uhh, yeah, my bad on the sig...XD...I'll have to get used to taking it out...

Oh, and suggestion noted...

Bill Gates - December 23, 2005 08:39 AM (GMT)
Katie ignored the obvious party pooper of the tribe, and continued walking over to an empty space.

"Ahhh, I always wanted to visit Japan!" She said to herself happily. She sat down on a nearby rock and laid out the map.

" 'spose we ought to prioritize finding the nearest water source, and find some stuff to make a shelter..." She turned to her fellow tribemates, "Anyone got any ideas for the structure?"

Toushiro Hitsugaya - December 23, 2005 08:44 AM (GMT)
"This my chance to become king of a jungle paradice." Jacob siad to himself as he walked off in the direction of his teammates.

"Im going to have Monkey servents and all!" He shouted out... Then looked around to see everyone eyeballing him...

"Uhh... how about a shack made out of bamboo.. covered by that crappy tarp over there for the time being...?"

Bill Gates - December 23, 2005 08:58 AM (GMT)
"That works for me! We'll probably get some better stuff to use later on as we go along...maybe."

She laughed, and added in, "I wouldn't mind a servant monkey or two, also." ^_^

Shawn Michaels - December 23, 2005 07:53 PM (GMT)
Shaydah walked out on the sand, looking around at the scenery. She was amazed at how pretty it was and said to herself, "This is supposed to be expected of Japan!" And nodded.

She looked back at her partyteam members and said, "Alright, so what should we do first? How about a bamboo house! That'd be so cool." Waiting for a response she grabbed a coconut and began trying to open it.

Mr. T - December 24, 2005 01:17 PM (GMT)
Jilly jumped around in the sand. "Yay! Japan! Bamboo houses are a good plan. Let's look for a good spot, somewhere with a water source. And lot's of shade." Jilly goes over with Shaydah to start looking for a spot to build the bamboo village of doom.

Jack Thompson - December 26, 2005 04:41 AM (GMT)
"Figures," JJ48 grumbled, "The first time I get to go to Japan, I'm not allowed to visit any of the resturaunts. Still, it is nice country up here. Hey, maybe we can use some of these thinner shoots to make bamboo spears, in case we need to, you know, kill the other team, or something."

(((By the way, that last line was said in a rather joking manner)))

Batman - December 26, 2005 05:21 AM (GMT)
"ahh what the hell??, Japan.....Anime central....and i can't watch any of it"
Rufus thought out loudly as he followed his mismatched team.

G-Man - December 26, 2005 06:23 AM (GMT)
"You can get a monkey butler as long as I get one too."

Tornado grabbed some of the bamboo rods, and started to set up a makeshift shelter

"Anyone gonna help me, or yall gonna fantisize about monkies?"

OoC: Shouldn't the two tribes have seperate topics, just to simplify things?

Matt - December 26, 2005 10:52 PM (GMT)
"mmm bamboo, that'd hold up nice, good idea shay, god knows we won't have to many of those from you (ooc:xD), hows about some straw mats you know, so we don't have to sleep on dirt, and get our clothes dirty so soon, we won't really have any chances to wash them, last thing i want to do is sit in a bamboo hut with a bunch of smelly people."

Matt goes off to see if he can help with anything

chaos - December 28, 2005 02:28 AM (GMT)
Chaos emerges from the shadows and begins to check out the rest of his tribe... He nods as he sizes up the girls.... He approaches Matt and nods his head.

"Hey" mutters Chaos, "How's it going?"

Threepwood - December 29, 2005 12:22 AM (GMT)
"I think I speak for both tribes when I say: Where are the hot native girls?"

Shawn Michaels - December 29, 2005 01:10 AM (GMT)
Shay-duh[Ahahaha], ignoring his very mean comment, turned to Matt and told him that his straw mat idea was a good idea. She followed Jill to find a nice place to...put their camp. [xD How else would you say that]. Shaydah then saw a HUGE tree that towered all the others, she poked Jilly and pointed at it.
"That can be shade for the bamboo house?"

Mr. T - December 29, 2005 02:49 AM (GMT)
Jilly smiled as she looked at the huge tree. "That's perfect! Lots of shade! It's great!" She walked around the other side to see if there was anything else near by. Sure enough...

"Hey! There's a small pond back here! Not too big, but enough to soak in and get some water."

Matt - December 30, 2005 12:03 AM (GMT)
"not bad, lets hope it stays that way" matt says to chaos Matt then goes over to look at the tree "now, that's a tree" "if it rains, we probably wont even get wet" Matt then walks over to the pond "hmm this is nice, a place i can relax, god knows i'll get stressed out here" *looks at shay-duh*

Bruce Lee - December 31, 2005 06:34 AM (GMT)
(OOC: Hey all i haven't forgotten about you, i was gonna post the first quiz yesterday but the server went funny and it all gone...so i'll start it in 2006. Hope everyone has a great New Year ^^ Don't be too hungover for the quiz ;) Oh and Matt and Threep...sigs out plz.)

Threepwood - December 31, 2005 07:30 PM (GMT)
As I put my sig back in the makeshift palm tree house, I have to fight with the evil tree spider because he's hogging the left side. Its MY left side, DAMN HIM.

"I need a weapon"

So I spend an hour making a sharp sword out of wood. If it doesn't kill you, you'll get a really nasty splinter.

"Spiders BEWARE"
"And other tribe members looking to start stuff"

Bruce Lee - January 4, 2006 12:40 AM (GMT)
Ok everyone, time for the first quiz. This is a reward and immunity quiz, so make it count *smiles*

It is a quiz on Japan. Just general questions that you'll probably look up, but if you don't look them up, good for you too. Here we go.

1. What is the highest mountain in Japan
2. What is Japan's current population? (estimate value, not exact)
3. Name a city in Japan other than Tokyo.
4. What does what word "Tokyo" mean?
5. How many prefectures are there in Japan?

The maximum score a team can get is obviously 35, since there are 7 in each team. Good luck. Survivors ready? Go!

(As usual, just PM me the answers...also, if no-one else cannot play games then i might bring them in anyway and just make it fair by dropping a team member from the team that chaos isn't on.)

Bill Gates - January 4, 2006 01:30 AM (GMT)
Katie smiled as she filled out the questions. She was pretty confident in her answers, and she was pretty optimistic in her team's answers answers, too.

They would have researched Japan before deciding to come to Japan afterall...right?

"...I sure hope so..." She mumbled under her breath before handing in her answer sheet.

Kiefer Sutherland - January 4, 2006 04:02 AM (GMT)
Hmmm...things are looking up around here...these questions are pretty easy...Neo thought as he submitted the questions...

Batman - January 8, 2006 03:33 AM (GMT)
"wish there were questions on the historical side of things" Rufus thouhgt, as he scribbled his answers

Bruce Lee - January 8, 2006 04:08 AM (GMT)
Sorry George, maybe later on.

Alright i've waited long enough. Here are the results!

6 people participated, Katie, Jull, Matt and JJ all got 5/5 :) George and Peter got 4/5. This means that the final scores are:

Tasukaru: 9
Seizon: 19

Seizon wins immunity and reward! Your reward is matches, cause you need fire and stuff to survive.

Tasukaru, i'm afraid you're voting out the first member. You can return to your camps now.

(OOC: Tasukaru members please PM me the member whom you want out of your tribe asap) And can everyone please remember to leave sigs out of posts. Cheers ^^

Kiefer Sutherland - January 8, 2006 06:46 AM (GMT)
Neo sat there wondering who to vote out...it was going to be a tough decision...especially since he hadnt really gotten to know many of his team mates...he looked around at them...suddenly it became obvious...he scribbled the name down on the piece of paper and then gave it to Kie...

Bill Gates - January 8, 2006 07:07 AM (GMT)
The process of making the decision on who to vote for took Katie some thinking. Only she and Neo had managed to help the team any, so she figured they would be safe from the chopping block...for now.

Logically, there was four to choose from. But who to pick, she wasn't sure. Katie decided to go on a little walk around the camp to gather some information from other tribemates and their possible votes...

Jack Thompson - January 8, 2006 07:19 AM (GMT)
Yay! Matches! Now, let's take that gunpowder we found in that abandoned mine, and move it into the enemy camp...

Mr. T - January 9, 2006 12:35 AM (GMT)
Jilly grinned and followed JJ with the matches back to the camp. Hopefully they wouldn't burn their shelter down overnight...

Jack Thompson - January 10, 2006 08:38 PM (GMT)
JJ48 stares at the charred remains of their camp.

"Um, bad news, everybody. It appears the tengu in these woods were a little curious about the matches, and didn't adhere to proper fire safety practice. Then they got a little too close and..."

"Good news! We get to have barbecue for dinner!"

Bruce Lee - January 11, 2006 12:37 PM (GMT)
Tasukaru, welcome to your first tribal council. I want each of you to grab a torch and light it in the fire. In the game of Survivor, fire represents life. When your torch is put out, you're out of the game. Seems only two of you voted...what are the rest of you up to? That's one inactive tribe. Sort it out or you shall lose :) I'll read the votes.

First vote:
Oriana.

Second vote:
Oriana.

First person voted out of AT Survivor: Japan is: Oriana. Bring me your torch...

Oriana, 2 members of the tribe have spoken *puts out flame*

(OOC: Challenge coming up in the next day or so. Hopefully we can drag more players back for it.)

Kiefer Sutherland - January 11, 2006 12:59 PM (GMT)
(OOC: Its pretty sad that the I know who the 2 people are...XD...also, I find it ironic that the person who didnt want to do this in the first place is one of the most active in our team...o_O...finally, what the hell is RPGamer doing...that slack leader...XD...)

As Oriana wandered off, Neo sat there thinking about his team...only 2 of us were pulling our weight...compared to 4 or 5...the others needed to get into gear or else this would go down the tubes really fast...

Shawn Michaels - January 11, 2006 08:06 PM (GMT)
((OOC: xDD When was there a challenge? >___> Kie you should im me when there is one! =p))

Shaydah was in her own little world when she heard JJ48 say aloud, "barbecue" immediatly her attention was turned to him and with a big smile exclaimed, "BARBECUE!?!?!"

Jack Thompson - January 12, 2006 04:16 AM (GMT)
Yeah, what kind of meat do you like? Wing, or nose?

Threepwood - January 13, 2006 01:44 AM (GMT)
If you heard something pop near some trees, that was my left lung when I heard that Oriana was voted off, el oh el. Hope the scooner remembers to pick him up, because in 24 hours, he becomes fair game for food. Anyway, sirloin of Justin if he's not gone by 3:00 tomorrow!

Anyway, the barbeque should tie us over until then.

"Okay, so I'm going to smoke banana peels and fight island boars, tell me when the foods on"

Jack Thompson - January 13, 2006 01:54 AM (GMT)
Hey! You're not on our team! Since it was OUR camp that burned down to create the barbecue, only OUR team gets to eat it! ^_^

Bruce Lee - January 13, 2006 06:00 AM (GMT)
And you're many many kilometers/miles away from each other :)

Alrighty, since i'll be hungover tomorrow i'll start the challenge now! It's a game! I figured since chaos didn't even take the quiz, he's not so active and we can play games! The first game is a Yeti game :)

This is for immunity again (i think rewards in this game will be few and far between, since you all seem to be RPing things to eat and drink). The team with the highest overall score wins!

Immunity Challenge 2 (Copy and paste link into the Address bar)

Survivors ready? Go!

(OOC: When the game begins, type in your nickname (one that i'll recognise) and click play. Keep going until the game begins. You get 3 shots and then a final score is shown. As a guide, i'm posting one of my scores (that took a few tries to get :P) as a guide for when you should print the screen. When you have the picture of your score, either post it here, PM me, e-mail me or send it to me on aim (whichever is easiest for you) and i'll tally the scores up. Have fun!)

Threepwood - January 13, 2006 02:17 PM (GMT)
QUOTE (JJ48 @ Jan 12 2006, 05:54 PM)
Hey!  You're not on our team!  Since it was OUR camp that burned down to create the barbecue, only OUR team gets to eat it!  ^_^

Who said anything about getting it legit? YOU'VE FALLEN VICTIM TO FOOD THIEVERY! Welcome to the island of mistrust

Kiefer Sutherland - January 13, 2006 02:26 PM (GMT)
(OOC: HAHA...I beat kie's score on my first shot at this...XD

BTW, Sigs out people...I've had to edit like 5 posts so far on this page...)

Neo completed the challenge with relative easy...if only his team mates would back him up now...unlike last time...

Jack Thompson - January 13, 2006 08:07 PM (GMT)
(JJ48 hurls a bamboo spear and hits Threepwood square in the back, and snatches the food back.)

OUR FOOD! If you try stealing from us again, you'll find yourself looking down the barrel of my bamboo shotgun. Now for that challenge...

Shawn Michaels - January 13, 2006 10:56 PM (GMT)
When Kie arrived at their tribe for their scores [OOC: I'm just speaking out of my butt here.] Shaydah threw a paper at him with her score.

"...The game stunk."

Ah quit complaining, you beat me :).
Nah, it was just really depressing how I couldn't beat Peter. D:
Well...Im just good like that I guess...XD...
Next game: You won't beat me.

Bill Gates - January 13, 2006 11:07 PM (GMT)
"Blaaargh. I could've done better than this...but..one only has so much patience...especially when you're stuck wearing a Yeti suit" -_-
