| Microsoft recently announced that they would be developing their own handheld system. System designers said that they wanted to develop a system that could blow away anything Nintendo or Sony could come up with. "Unlike most handheld systems, the XBox-Mini will be extremely durable. And it will be large enough that buttons can be spaced comfortably; so your fingers don't mess each other up. Also, it's size will make it impossible to accidentally lose under a sofa or something," said an anonymous representitive of the design team. "To answer the durability problem, we've decided to make the case out of 5 inch thick, weapons-grade steel, and as for size: it's expected to fold up into a nice, compact 10 ft cube." When asked about battery life, the designer responded, "We are proud to announce that using breakthough technology, the XBox-mini will not need batteries, as it will have a built-in fission reactor (uranium sold seperately)." The screen size is expected to be a whopping 7 inches diagonally: far more than any of the current handhelds. And a travel pack will also be sold, which will include hardware to mount the unit to the top of your car, so you can play on the go. Plus, up to 16 people can link up to play together, or you can simply set the "We love Bill Gates" hypno-beam to "multiplayer" to have it make you BELIEVE you are playing against 15 other people...while worshipping Bill Gates, of course. When asked how much the system would cost, the represntative simply replied, "Far more than Sony or Nintendo could ever afford to sell a handheld system for. Nyah, nyah!" And as for release date, the response was, "Whenever we feel like it, because we're big and rich, and you can't do anything about it, so THERE!" |
