Description: Man, Mario Mix sold fast

Jack Thompson - December 6, 2005 08:01 PM (GMT)
Apparantly, DDR: Mario Mix has sold out pretty much everywhere. Glad I got mine early. So, who has it, and what do you think of it? I say, DDR + Mario music = ^_^

I heard that they actually pulled it from the shelves for some reason... but are go to rerelease it after X-mas.... your lucky you got one in time... especially if the rerelease is any different...

According to Nintendo, it wasn't that they pulled it from the shelves, it's just that they sold out. I guess they didn't anticipate such a favorable response?

Uh oh.... Nintendo is pulling a "X-BOX 360"on us.... lol

But i do want to play this game alot...

Jack Thompson - December 7, 2005 12:01 AM (GMT)
Yeah, but at least the dance mats don't spontaneously combust, or shoot lasers through your kneecaps, like the 360 does.

Sean Connery - December 7, 2005 12:12 AM (GMT)
The 360 dosen't shoot lazers :P
It just freezes and melts things :(

Anywho, when I heard about this game, I chalked it up to a gimmick similar to Disney DDR...for some reason, they don't seem like "real" DDR to me.
Then again, if you say it kicks ass, then maybe it's worth a looksee...(I myself own DDRMax and DDRExtreame and have played Max2 and Konamix, so I'm a bit of a step-freak myself XD)

Jack Thompson - December 7, 2005 12:43 AM (GMT)
Or maybe not. I LIKED Disney DDR. (I hated Max, too, simply because they chopped up perfectly good songs, and then twisted the knife by adding freeze arrows.)

Bill Gates - December 9, 2005 08:46 PM (GMT)
I was gonna buy it, but I guess that isn't gonna happen unless there's a re-release. There's no way I'm forking up $100 for it. Not worth it, no matter how I look at it. =/
