Okay, here's how the voting currently stands. There's three banners that have what you'd call the "majority" of the votes. However, there's a tie for first between two banners with three votes each, and then there's another banner with two votes. Therefore, I'm narrowing it down to where you can only vote for these three banners.
Hopefully we'll get a clearer winner this time, so in no particular order:
Banner 1
Banner 2
Banner 3
This is the last delay. The quicker you vote, the quicker we can get up the banner and work on the new layout.
