I'd like to throw out a big thanks to Elza for writing this up for us. By it's length and depth, you can tell that it took her a hell of a lot of time, so give uber thanks and love to her, yo!

It even comes with some nifty tags that'll help make searching for the right topic a lot easier. You'll see what I mean.
