On the JP FFVII Advent Children site, there is a new section labeled "Final Fantasy VII: On the Way to a Smile". This is the first chapter in a novelization of events in the Final Fantasy Compilation. The first chapter seems to focus on Denzel, the boy whom lives with Tifa and has Geostigma. Some lovely people over at AdventChildren.net translated it. I took the liberty of making some of the dialogue and thoughts clearer with italics, and fixed some of the grammar up in the one I'm uploading for you all to read. It's a very compelling first chapter, and I can't wait to read more.
