Juliana stood in the clearing. Why was she here? Eirsavor had called her out. Alzdeath was at work again.

Silver Night drank from the nearby stream. Juliana waited. Who would be the weilder of Alzdeath this time?

Eirsavor suddenly began to glow and vibrate violently. Juliana readied herself.

(MUAHAHAH! don't worry I'l go easy on you. Oh yeah and take your sig out ok.)

Virna came up behind her. She looked at the weapon, "Oh how nice" then she looked at the girl, "were you looking for this?" she asked mockingly.

Yes. And I must stop you before you do damage. Tell me, do you relize what you hold?
Juliana stepped toward Virna.

"Ha! Of course I do. I came this way to find it. This weapon is perfect for me." She licked the blade casually, "I think I like it."

Juliana grimaced. "Discusting." She sighed. "I will make you see the light!"
Juliana stepped forward and quickly drew Eirsavor from its sheath. She guided the blade toward Virna's stomach.

She blocked it with Alzdeath, "pathetic little girl. You'll have to do better than that." As Juliana watched she transformed. Her shape changed into a strange creature with legs like a cheeta, eyes of a tiger, and arms like a bear. "Speed, sight, and strength. I love the letter "s" don't you?" She swiped at Juliana with her extended claws.

Juliana stepped back in surprise. She missed being gouged by Virna's claws. She had never see Alzdeath do this before. Juliana began to wonder if Virna was human.
Juliana stepped back. She then rushed forward. She jumped and kicked Virna in the head.

"Surprised? My power of shapeshifting has nothing to do with this little toy here. Although it does add bite to it." Virna's head got bruised but she grabbed Juliana's leg and twisted it, spinning her in the air.

Juliana crashed into tree once Virna released her from her spin. Juliana's body ached. I cannot give up, she thought to herself.
"You cannot win. The darkness shall fall."
Juliana held up Eirsavor before her face. The blade glowed brightly. Juliana had to close even her eyes becuase the light burned. Despite not being able to see, she could sense, almost see her opponent. Juliana took a defensive position.
Silver Night looked up from his grazing. He snorted toward Virna.

"That's real cute and all, but your little goody goody act is getting boring. Perhaps I should finish you nice and slow."

"Woe Herald" A high pitched scream was released from her mouth, it surrounded the area with noise crashing rocks and trees all around them.

The scream made Juliana's ears hurt, but she ingnored the pain. She listened only to quiet voice of Eirsavor. She dodged the falling debis and rushed for Virna. Eirsavors blade peirced through Virna's chest.

Virna fell back on the ground unable to stand back up at the moment, but as she fell she struck out at Juliana's legs with her poisoning claws.

Juliana fell back. Her arm scrapped on some rocks. Juliana felt her body begin to weaken. She wasn't sure how much longer she could last. She attempted to get up but could only manage to get to her knees. She leaned heavily on Eirsavor. Juliana closed her eyes she didn't know what to do.

"Hm, pathetic. I thought someone with the power of that sword would be a bit more of a challenge. You are a disgrace. I should slaughter you," her face turned from her usual smirk to look of pain. Despite how it seemed, she was more injured from Juliana's attack then she let be known.

She is right Juliana thought to herself. But the strength I have is not my own. She laughed at her forgetfulness. "Eirsavor, I need your strength to finish this battle." Juliana felt new strength in her. She got to her feet.
Juliana stepped toward Virna's body, still lying on the ground. She gripped Eirsavor with both hands. "You will see the light. Piercing the darkness!" Juliana thrust the sword downward aiming for Virna's heart.
