So what it is up with items and stuff? How do I get those? I have not seen any shops.

For the time being, there is no shop hack for IF boards...so until then, no items ;_; Sorry

Different job classes give you different items..but as for buying them, nope >.>

All depends on the owner of Invision Free. If they feel like making a shop hack for the boards, they will...but so far the guy hasn't made one, despite the requests.

For now the RPG stuff is just for show...

Well if you guys do want to make a shop or multishops, then let me know, because I know where to get a lot of cool looking stuff.
