Kaine enters the arena with a few quick strides. He stands, and smells the air, to determine if some is there, or not, and finds no such luck in finding someone.

Kaine:I guess I shall wait for an opponent to arrive.

Kaine then sits himself in the center of the arena, and awaits an opponent.

(*ehem* Shouldn't this be in the "Battle Eternity of Wonders" section?)

Treya was sitting nearby overlooking the area. She noticed a lone warrior and jumped from her hideout to discover why he was there. After hearing his request for a fight she agreed and told her horses to stay away from the area until she was finished. "I've heard about you, Kaine. Half demon and half angel. Similar to me although being half dead is a different concept. I'm sure you were wondering why you couldn't smell my presence." She pulled out her swords and stood waiting for the first attack.

Kaine stands up, and wields his two katanas

Kaine:I guess I am world renowned now, or atleast I'd like to think so.

He then gets in his fighting stance, and throws a three slash combonation aiming at Her legs.

Treya blocked the first two attacks and dodged the other. She then pulled out her bow and shot an arrow at point blank range at Kaine's knee. The bow let out a scream like that of a multitude of dead voices rising up in song.

Shocked from the scream of the bow, Kaine wasn't able to do anything to dodge or block it, but once the arrow sank in, it began to melt.

Kaine:This is what happens when you have blood of conflicting races flowing through your viens...Everything it touches melts, except for my skin.

He gets up from one knee, and resumes his fighting stance

Kaine:I won't go easy on you just because you are a girl!

He then rushes towards her attempting to knock her down.

"I never asked for sympathy from you." Treya jumped agily to the side avoiding his attack. Unfortunately her hood fell while she did this revealing her face. Her eyes glowed a bright yellow and her face looked slightly alive but cold and emotionless. "No!" A powerful surge blew away from her body and knocked down a hawks pirch. The bird fell to the ground limp and dead. She quickly lifted her hood back on her head. She regained her composure and resheathed her Krepitai. Using her other sword only she lunged at Kaine but stopped in front of him and moved behind him. She quickly used a slash at his back then withdrew.

Kaine elagantly dodges the attack with a spin to the right.

Kaine:What are you!?

He then sprouts his wings, flys into the air, and does a dive bomb attack.

"A keeper of souls. The dead dwell in this bow. That is why it screams when I shoot it. They also live within me. I carry all whom I kill. Atonement for the lost." When Kaine got close enough Treya released her Fire Bain keeping it in a small area to add more force. ((I doubt he has time to escape this.))

As Kaine is flying through the air from the blast of the explosion, an unawakened ability rises from the debths of his soul. His body begins to get covered by an enigmic shadow, and all of the sudden, like a dark and mysterious firework, it exploded, and Darkness balls rained down upon the girl. Unfortunetly Kaine was knocked unconcious, and fell to the ground along with the darkness shower.

Treya got hit and fell to the ground. She saw Kaine knocked unconscious, "A darkness so deep. I've never felt anything like it. I thrive in darkness and yet this is unlike the darkness of this earth. Kaine, an angelic demon or a demonic angel, I shall remember the name. Never have I been defeated in a playing field so like my own." Then she slipped into a darkening shadow.



(hmm sounds like a stale mate. Is there a judge for this?)
