How do I get an AV?

There is no gallery at the moment although we hope to have one soon. You can however upload your own av or get a link from another place.

Uploading
1. go to My Controls
2. go under Personal Profile
3. select Edit Avatar Settings
4. select Browse...
5. select the avatar you have saved on a file in your computer.
6. click Add this avatar to my profile

*make sure that you have the dot next to Your Image Avatars filled in!

Linking from the net
1. find the pic you would like to use on the net (It can be bigger than 64 x 64, but just know it might turn out distorted.)
2. right click on it and go to properties. the link should be in there.(some places do not allow offlinking and you will have to find an image host)

3. go under Personal Profile
4. select Edit Avatar Settings
5. paste the url of the pic in the blank next to Your Avatar
6. click Add this avatar to my profile

What do the little squares and colors mean?

The little squares are called pips. As you get a certain number of posts, you will have more pips. In some places, it gives you more priviledges and such, but we don't have that here yet. Handlers/mods are green to help tell them apart and Directors/Admins are in pink.
