I agree, I desparately hope that Vaughn isn't married. I hope that this is all a dream, or maybe the Rambaldi device sent Syd in the future, where she can somehow go back and he won't be married and things will be okay...(I know I'm going a little psycho, but that's what happens when S and V aren't together because of the last two minutes of an episode)

here's my theory:

sloane needed jack's help 4 the "rambaldi hunt" knowing that he would cooperate, he "hired" someone to go 2 syd's house. whoever was hired found her unconious and took her back 2 sloane's warehouse so they could somehow get jack to cooperate. like this: "if u don't help us, i will kill sydney."-sloane

then later on without sloane knowing irina snuck into sloane's warehouse, used the rambaldi device (the telling) on sydney 2 show her what is 2 become of her life so she can change the future.

but in order 2 do that she must take something out of syd's body (or put something in) so that the rambaldi device (the telling) can show her what is 2 happen in 2 years. (that would explain the scar)

i read an article an AA and JJ said that vaughn is married and syd will have 2 learn what really happened so my theory is out of the question 4 now

Actually, if you go to this website http://www.alias-tv.com/episodes.html#spoilers , it says that J.J. Abrams did state that Vaughn is married.
