Well, that was different. After 2 seasons I've expected Alias to be a little different in their story lines...but I never saw this coming. If you haven't seen it, I won't spoil it for you. But needless to say, I'm hooked for next season to see where they take it from here....and what happened after the....oops, guess I shouldn't say anything in case someone hasn't seen it.
