With four games to go and Newcastle Fear struggling to make the finals, coach Mark Fowler is making his first request to the ESF for help.

Basically the club needs your spare players rated 8/7, 7/8 or above for as many of the four games as possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - the only position I don't need players in is props.

All I can spare atm is Clint Newton (7/8 prop). He's yours if you need him though.

Thanks Chris - however prop is one of the few positions I am covered for at the moment (with Willie Mason and Paul Anderson) so I'll give it a miss thanks. Plus I reckon two loan 'signings' is enough!

Thanks gents...with Fear almost certainly out of the finals reckoning I am already looking forward to next season - I will keep Ash Graham for round 25 if that's OK as I need a fullback, but Jason Dykes will return to his club and I won't take up any of your kind offers for other players.
