Good Luck there.

Bring back great memories from when I played in the Country and was part of various tournies.

Nothing like seeing your mug on TV and the next mornings paper. lol

micky j, if it pleases the court...i would suggest you are most definitely a prop forward with a certain predisposition towards meat pies...plain ones...

Thanks for the support every one and i thought you might want a little bit of an up date on how we went. We just lost to the Nz Maoris in the first game 16-24 who smashed every other team in the group and then we beat Byron Bay 16-10 and lost to Tomoola Tigers 30- 22 or somthing like that but i got my photo with the woodstock girls so it was all worth it and i smashed the biggest maori in the first five minutes i was on and i had the crowd screaming out my number 23. We nearly won against the maori's and the whole crowd was with us because no one expected us to play that well even us.

Over all the day was good and i earned some brownie points with the A grade coach with saving two run away trys but i let two in against the maori's though but thats the breaks. Very good for my first proper league game because colledge league is so lame.

I don't know about you guys but i got the Haka done against us in the first game against NZ Maori's it didnt seem to faze me but some of the boys felt a bit edgy. Any way thanks for the support again guys hopefully i get my mug on telly.

Did play mostly prop or 2nd row when i got older and slower. lol

But when a teenager i played every position except half back.

A normal sunday in under 16s was prop or 2nd row for the 16s, lock or once or twice 5-8 for the 17s and wing or full back for the 19s.

Best part was that all three teams won the GFs and it was the 1st time the club had one a signal senior 1division GF so each player form each team got 3 free jugs of beer back at the club. I was in each side offically so i got 9 lol.

But under age drinking is wrong so don't do it kids! :drunk:

Drunken Phantom - January 29, 2006 10:36 PM (GMT)
