Chris Columbo - October 8, 2005 06:09 PM (GMT)
Card
Big Pete vs Martli

SQP3 Vs Jason "Murder" Lane

Johnny Law vs Ian "Grappler" Gorton

Carnage Vs Beef

Trent "The Ox" Bowman vs Wildcard

Big Pete - October 9, 2005 12:39 PM (GMT)
Pete is ready to issue his challenge to Chris

Big Pete: Tonight I challenge anyone, that's right, an open challenge at the best ASWF wrestler. I don't care if it's Trent to Quincy to heck even some random jobber.

Chris What about DJ?

Big Pete DJ? Why? Do you want me to make it 3-1? That would make the match at the PPV seem worthless. Heck I went at 75% last week, I didn't even hit the Hangover (Tombstone Piledriver) or the Bigge DDT (Even Flow DDT). Give me a new challenger. Wait there was a wrestler I could never beat. Bring me...Martli, yeah that punk.

Chris So it will be Martli the Kiwi UFC wrestler vs. Big Pete tonight on ASWF Turmoil. Sounds like a great match, I wish you all the best.

Camera Fades to black

IanG - October 10, 2005 03:50 AM (GMT)
The show has started then Ian Gorton's Music Starts playing. Ian Gorton walks out to the ring, to a mixed reaction. he is dressed in his street clothes looking a bit worse for wear after the ambulance match.

IAN: Cut the music

The Music stops.

IAN: Last night. I might've been bundleed into the back of an ambo. But as you can see I'm still standing. So Trent. How about doing me a favour and sticking that belt where it doesn't fit. But hey I'm not out here to go on about last night. I'm here to throw out an open challenge. But and this is the big but. It's open to anybody in the locker room there Except Trent Bowman. Ya' back stabbing piece of shit. You see I wanna proove to those suits backstage there who have probably never donned a pair of tights in their entire life, well maybe for a fancy dress party, but I wanna show those arseclowns back there that Ian Gorton is indeed championship material. Who you suits wanna put me up against. But as I said. My only stipulation is I will NOT face Trent Bowman. Now hit my music

There's nothing

IAN: Hit my friggin' music.

Ian's music then starts up again and Ian leaves the ring

OOC: This is my promo for this week too

Chris Columbo - October 24, 2005 12:43 AM (GMT)
Sorry to take so long on this guys ive been looking for a new house and forgot about the ASWF. If i seem to be taking forever again email me and i will get onto it. If you could post by Wednesday night ill get the show up Thursday.

Big Pete - October 24, 2005 01:45 PM (GMT)
OOC: Cool that'd be good

Promo:

Smells like Teen Spirit blasts through the arena as Big Pete comes walking through wearing a QLD jersey in Sydney. The Crowd is booing him as he grabs the mic. and starts his promo

Big Pete Wow, it's great to be here in Sydney tonight...home of the Gay and Lesbian Madi Gras.

*Crowd Boos*

Big Pete But don't worry Sydney I'm not out here to take a cheap shot or here to take any shot at you guys at all. Tonight I am here to laugh at the entire ASWF fans who said I couldn't do it. Ha Ha Ha Ha! You guys think DJ can stand a chance against the great Big Pete? Sure DJ is roughly the 2nd best wrestler in this company but seriously I'm the Andrew Johns to his Danny McGuire. Sure he maybe good but I'm a legend - except I'm not a sellout or take time off due to injury.

*Crowd Boos*

Big Pete DJ is so crap, that Columbo gave him the night off. That's right folks DJ can't even be bothered to come and entertain you all. He's probably still recovering after he realized who he was dealing with. Rest up DJ, you're going to need it buddy, because at this coming Pay Per View, that title around your waist is going to be mine.

*Crowd Boos*

Big Pete Tonight we see the return of the great UFC wrestler Martli. An opponent I have versed many times in my career and I'm not afraid to admit it, never once beat one on one. Well tonight right here in this very ring you get to see us two titans battle it out. Also DJ hope your watching at home, be sure to record this, as this match will show more excitment, skill and power than any Raiders match you have.

Smells Like Teen Spirit blares out as the fans start to boo Big Pete who looks pretty full of himself

MackDadday - October 24, 2005 11:48 PM (GMT)
A gentlemen sits calmly backstage as Big Petes horrendous atrocity of a theme song warbles through out the arena. The gentlemen grimaces and a man servant quickly rushes over to cover the gentlemens ears. The gentlemen is none other than SQP3!

SQP3:Thank you, boy...that will do for NOW.

MANSERVANT:MY LIEGE!

SQP3: (regarding the servant suspiciously) Quite! hmmmmm. Jolly GOOD to be back after a week in the Hamptons getting to terms with the hew Earl grey tea. My verdict? EARL GREY,still the world champion of spiffing TEA!

SQP3 seems to reflect on his tea sipping for a moment, than slowly shakes his head...

SQP3:*sigh* the memorys. But to business at hand...come, my boy - who am i to grapple with tonight - answer me swiftly or you'll taste the back of my hand pres-ENT-ly!

MANSERVANT: urrr Master jason "Murder" Lane, SIR.

SQP3: Murder you say? *GULP* Well, he can't really do that or he'd be in the gallows...VERITABLY! Well, i suppose i will have to show off some high class moves if i am to dispatch of this urchin....hmmm, come manslve, hasten with me to my dressing abode!!

SQP3 trots of to his dressing room with manslaves at his heel.

Unfortunately this wonderful promo is followewd by the dreary words of....

IanG - October 25, 2005 03:43 AM (GMT)
OOC: This is a follow up to my earlier promo

A Reporter Goes up to a dressing room door and knocks on it. It is answered by Ian Gorton

REPORTER:Sorry to disturb you Ian but I'm just wondering if I could get your thoughts on you match that has just been made for you tonight
IAN: What do you mean?
REPORTER: Well it appears that Johnny Law has accepted your open challenge.
IAN: Hey it means I'm not wresting The Ox so I got no problem. You see little man with the sunglasses and Shane Warne Stubble, I may've gone to hell and back last night but as I said earlier tonight, not only am I still standing but I wanna prove to those bozos in the office that Ian Gorton is indeed championship material. You see little man I may've been bundled into the back of a meatwagon, but that fact is I'm still here. If that doesn't show those pencil necked geeks that I derserve a shot at the World Title then I dunno what is. It's what I've been hungry for ever since I got into the business. So to all of you in the back. Take note otherwise I might just call you out for a match to show you my point.

Ian then closes the door

beef - October 26, 2005 01:07 PM (GMT)
Eye of the Tiger hits and Beef walks out to the ring, title over his shoulder. He slides into the ring and calls for a mic
Beef Once again, I have been left in the dark about my match. Tonight, I once again have no idea who I am wrestling, but it doesnt matter. It doesnt matter because there isnt a damn person out there backstage that has the guts, skill or talent to take this title away from me. Since I became the ASWF Hardcore Champion, I havent taken a backwards step, and dont plan to. I am the Hardcore King, and there aint one bloke in this business whos gonna change that. Carnage, I have no idea who you are, where you're from, how big you are and really I dont give a shit. Get your sad ass out here to the ring so I can kick it and hand it back to you on a silver platter so I can go home and get pissed.
Beef drops the mic and stares expectantly back up the ramp....

Chris Columbo - October 27, 2005 01:20 AM (GMT)
Sean "Carnage" Lawrence.

beef - October 27, 2005 10:16 AM (GMT)

Raider_69 - October 28, 2005 02:02 PM (GMT)

Chris Columbo - October 31, 2005 03:58 AM (GMT)
The crowd is impatient waiting for the show to start and as Martlis’ music hits the noise of the crowd rises a few decibels. Martli makes his way to the ring to a mixed response from the crowd and poses when he hits the ring. Big Petes’ music blasts out over the speakers and Big Pete makes his way to the ring and enters facing Martli. The two give each other vicious stares accross the ring.

Martli attacks prior to the bell and it rings as his second kick strikes Big Petes stomach. The blows seem ineffective and Big Pete Tackles Martli and lays in three quick blows to the wrestler on the mat. Martli rolls away and rises, Big Pete is on him straight away and forces Martlis arm into a hammerlock. Big Pete drives a knee into the rib of Martli who grunts as he breaks free of the hammerlock. Martli runs at the ropes and bounds back towards Pete who cleans him up with a flying clothesline. The Clothsline is well timed and stuns Martli. Big Pete stomps Martli before going for an early pin which martli kicks out of at 1. The two rise and Martli seems to have recovered somewhat. The next few minutes is an even battle as the two throw everything at each other, Martli finally gains an advantage when he trips Pete who falls into the corner. Martli Barges into Petes back and slams his chest into the top rope. He holds the stunned Pete up and pushes him onto the top rope. As Martli grips Pete for a top rope suplex the stunned wrestler reverse the suplex and unwittingly winds up falling from the top rope to the concrete outside. Martli doesnt move as Big Pete lands atop him and Big Pete clutches at his knee which came down hard. Biting back the pain Pete raises Martli and carries the unconscious wrestler into the ring. As he prepares to pin Martli who still hasn’t moved a roar escapes from the crowd. 1,,, 2,,, 3,,, Martli is pinned. The crowd continue to erupt as DJ U-Neek slides into the ring behind Big Pete. The crowd is going wild and Big Pete stands painfully on the knee and raises his hands to the crowds applause. As he turns and sees U-Neeks’ hand gripping at his throat his eyes show a moment of shock. U-Neek delivers a devastating choke slam and its lights out for Big Pete. DJ U-Neek gestures for a microphone which he gets quickly. He poses for the noisy crowd a moment before raising the microphone to his mouth. He waits the second and a half it takes the noisy crowd to magically go silent then says “At the pay per view imma show everyone you aint Big Pete, just Big Mouth. Watcha got to say about that.” DJ drops the microphone onto Big Petes unmoving chest and climbs the ropes to salute the crowd. Paramedics make their way to the ring to attend both wrestlers as U-Neek exits the ring and both wrestlers are stretchered off.

The winner by Pinfall after 7 minutes 34 seconds is Big Pete.

When the ring is emptied the expectant crowd are ready for more. They dont have to wait long before Jason “Murder” Lanes’ Music hits. The unknown young wrestler enters and the already excited crowd gives him a rousing cheer. He plays to the crowd as he moves towards the ring.Once he is there Sir Quincey Penfolds music starts and the crowd wait expectantly for the former champ to appear. He fails to do so and a camera backstage shows him speaking to his manservant. “If I have to wait for this superb Earl grey then they can Jolly well wait for their wrestling”. “But my Leige I really think we should go now, the crowd is quite loud” “Tiddlywinks I say, Finish the tea” The crowd watch for the thirty seconds it takes for the man-servants kettle to boil and be poured before Quincy accepts his tea and heads to the arena looking much happier. He waits till he is at ringside before sipping the tea. He gestures for his manservant who gives him another cup of tea which he takes over and offers to Lane. Lane is annoyed at having to wait and knocks both cups from Quinceys hand. Penfolds face looks hurt a moment before it goes red and we see his face grow angry. His manservant shows his ringcraft with a graceful slide into the ring where he quickly mops up the spill with the cloth on his arm before taking the cups and sliding out of the ring just as gracefully.

The ref enters and the bell rings to signal the start of the bout. Quincey takes the intitiative and hits Lane with two chops to the chest. Lane pauses a moment before gripping Penfolds arm and aiming two quick kicks at Quincies midsection. Penfold drops to his knees and as Lane moves in for the advantage Penfold drives an uppercut into Lanes crotch. Lane doubles over and drops to the ground. Penfold touches his closed fist to his heart salutes then shapes his hands as if to hold a teacup and saucer. Having avenged The Earl Grey, Penfold sets about winning the match and goes to work on Lanes’ stomach with two quick stomps and a dramatic looking elbow drop. Lane struggles to his feet to escape the punishment and is confronted by the fresher Penfold who executes a good dropkick to Lanes stomach. Lane drops again but recovers fairly quickly. Penfold tries for a headlock but Lane ducks and somehow rises with Penfolds wrist locked in his hands. He twists the arm and aims four kicks to Penfolds stomach. Penfold would have fallen but for the grip by Lane. Lane turned the grip into an armbar then quickly delivers an armbar faceplant. He holds onto the armbar when on the ground but is too close to the ropes and Penfold manages to find them with his foot. Penfold struggles to his feet and runs in to attack. Lane is quicker though and manages to duck under Penfolds clothesline attempt. Penfold grips the ropes to stop his momentum as he senses Lanes drop kick attempt. Lane rises as Penfold moves in and the two lock arms. Penfold bends one knee while raising the other leg and rolls backwards to the ground. Lane is flipped onto his back with Penfold locking his legs to hold a pin. The ref begins a count and gets to 2 and half before Lane grabs and shakes the bottom rope with his left hand. The two split and rise to their feet together. Lane approaches quickly and misjudges the distance to Penfold who makes a drop toe hold to Lane. Lane falls and Penfold is upon him quickly as he places Lane in a sharpshooter. Lane is placed poorly in the ring and tries to move to the ropes. As the pain builds Lane taps out.

Footage cuts backstage where Big Pete is struggling with ambulance officers to let him go. He pushes one away and gets to his feet. He grabs an icepack and a roll of tape, straps the icepack to his knee and sets off to find DJ U-Neek. As the second ambulance carrying the still unconscious Martli leaves the camera turns, Big Pete is seen heading towards the dressing rooms.

The winner by submission after 12.32 is Sir Quincey Penfold III

Johhny Laws music hits and he makes his way towards the crowd to a mixed response. When he gets to the ringside he grabs a Microphone and enters the ring. The crowd wait for Law to speak and he does so. “Since I came into this federation I have shown time and again that I am ready to deal with trouble makers. Lawrence last week found out that I can dish out surprise attacks as well as he can. This week I face the Grappler. Im not going to rave on about what im going to do. Actions speak louder than words. Get your ass out here Gorton.” Gortons musc hits and he comes to the ring. As Gorton gets to the ring he motions for the microphone. Law points to it and moves towards himholding it out. As Gorton grabs it law kicks him in the stomach and the bell rings to start the bout.

Law hits Gorton with the mike and grabs his hair with his left hand. With one hand Gripping Gortons hair, he smacks Gorton in the face twice more before Gorton pulls his hair loose. Law swings another blow which Gorton ducks. Gorton gets his arm under Laws shoulder and lifts Law into a chokeslam from nowhere that shakes the ring. Law gets to his feet groggily and Gorton swings Law into the ropes. He positions himself for a dropkick that he never threw. Law drops and slides outside. He heads for the crowd and someone hands him a chair. Gorton arrives too quickly and kicks law into the security barrier. Law holds onto the chair and swings it around in a slow but painful blow to Gortons shoulder. Gorton Backs away and Law hits him once more with the chair and the metal seat pops free of its rivets on Gortons back. Law drops the chair as Gorton drops to his knees. Law grabs Gorton by the hair and drags him into the ring. When inside the ring Law drags the recovering Gorton towards the centre. Law grabs Gorton ready for a belly to back suplex but Gortons groggy eyes snap open as he grabs Laws wrists. He twists them momentarily before pulling them outwards and upwards and releasing one arm and ducking under the arm he still held into a hammerlock on Law. Law struggles as Gorton tightens the hold and raises the arm an inch. Law finds the rope a moment later and the hold is released. Gorton is confronted as he turns by a coat-hanger which has no sting from Laws now injured arm. Law winces and grabs his shoulder as Gorton grabs the wrist again. Twisting it into the same hammerlock of moments before, Law drops to his knees to escape but has nowhere to run. As Gorton applies further pressure Law begins to tap out.

The winner by submission is Ian “Grappler” Gorton in 8.49.

The music of Sean Lawrence hits and he emerges under the titantron. He makes his way towards the ring without acknowledging the crowd. When he is there he stands with his head down in the centre of the ring. Beefs music hits and he makes his way to the ring energetically. When he arrives he salutes the crowd briefly before approaching the centre of the ring.

The Bell rings and Beef grabs Carnage by the arm, he swings Carnage into the ropes and collects him on his return with a dropkick. Carnage doesn’t seem to feel it much and stomps on Beefs knee. Beef is up in a moment but sees the running clothesline too late. He goes down and Carnage lands an elbow drop to his stomach. The next two minutes sees some evenly balanced wrestling until Beef nails Carnage with a backbreaker. Carnage rolls around for a moment as Beef climbs to the top rope. As Carnage climbs to his feet Beef launches himself in a top-rope drop kick that sends Carnage to the mat rolling. He rolls under the ropes and hits the ground. Beef follows him and grabs carnage by the head to lift him to his feet. The hardcore champ slams the head into the side of the mat and Carnage drops and his upper body rolls under the ringside curtain. Beef drags Carnage out but carnage has found an iron bar under the ring and swings it in his right hand at Beefs shin. The blow tears a gash in the shin and Beef drops to the ground clutching at the injured leg. Carnage recovers a little and begins to beat Beef around the ribs with the bar. After six blows he drops the bar and grasps Beefs leg preparing it for a submission hold. Beef kicks out with the other leg and begins to rise. Carnage knees him in the stomach and Beef goes down again. Carnage moves Beef back into the ring and follows him in. He pulls Beef to his feet and picks him up for a torture rack. As he gets the big man on his shoulders he lets out a groan of pain from the earlier backbreaker. Beef begins to rouse a little and as Carnage moves in for a belly to back suplex Beef snaps on a DDT which leaves Carnage flat on his back. Beef manages to raise an arm to the chest of Carnage and the ref starts his count. 1,,, 2,,, 3,,,

The winner by pinfall is Beef in 12.34

Wildcards music hits and he makes his way towards the stage posing to the crowd as he goes. When he arrives he waits for the pacific champ to enter. Bowmans music kicks in and the pacific champ makes his way towards the ring. When he arrives Bowman jumps onto the ropes and raises his arms to the crowd. Hee repeats this gesture on all four sides and the crowd are wild by the time the match starts.

The bell sounds and the two wrestlers confront each other. Wildcard swings an open handed blow at Bowman who quickly returns a similar blow. This continues for three more blows before Bowman kicks Karizma in the stomach. Karizma backs away butnis given no repreive as Bowman follows up with a tackle. Karizma rises moments after Bowman who clotheslines him as he gets to his feet. Bowman rolls Karizma onto his back 1,,, 2,,,3, Karizma kicks out. Bowman rises to his feet and drags the still groggy wildacrd to his feet. He quickly slams on a DDT that gets a groan out of Karizma before he remains motionless. 1,,, 2,,, 3,,, .

The winner by pinfall after 4.31 is Trent “the Ox” Bowman.

Before the crowd finishes celebrating, footage flickers onto the titantron of a storage room somewhere backstage. Big Pete has caught up with DJ U-Neek and now approaches him with a baseball bat. A scuffle ensues before the camera is dropped and broken. Only the sounds can be heard of the two fight noisily, a voice is heard shouting for security and the show ends.

Raider_69 - October 31, 2005 02:59 PM (GMT)

Nice work there Chris. BTW I'll try and get the house show results up ASAP

VictorTheViking - November 2, 2005 07:16 AM (GMT)
OOC sorry for my non promoing this week, tis been hectic at work

Chris Columbo - November 4, 2005 01:57 AM (GMT)
Ok Pete We will let Ian post the results of his show then run yours. If you guys are both keen to do a show a month then id like to organise it so that i do one show fortnightly with you two filling in between. It would be more interesting for me that way too. It kind of takes the fun out of the wrestling when you have to write your own matches.

Beef v Lawrence match is now up too.

And one last thing guys. My name is actually Alan i dont think i have told anyone as yet. Chris Columbo is just my forum name.

Chris Columbo - November 4, 2005 07:51 AM (GMT)
Hey Pete. Just wondering if you could fit Kid Suicide into your card somewhere. From his promo id guess he will aim for the hardcore title.

Welcome aboard Speedphreak, liked your sample promo. Well organise you a bout ASAP. If you have any questions about the fed either send me a PM or email me at fractional1@hotmail.com

Big Pete - November 5, 2005 05:05 AM (GMT)
Will do, infact I needed some more wrestlers in my card so it'd be great to have him somewhere.

BTW Alan or Chris or whatever you'd like to be known as on the forums, will I be waiting for IanG's show to finish before I post my card? Or can I post my card now and get all the promo's in so I can write the show up ASAP.
