Is that official? My understanding is that it is purely speculation at this stage.

Padds - October 8, 2005 09:43 AM (GMT)
Yeah, mate its on the League Weekly website.

League-weekly.com

MarkF - October 8, 2005 10:57 AM (GMT)
Yeah I saw that article ... it's definitely only speculation at this stage. I'd wait until something appears on the Bradford Bulls website until we take him out of the database.

chriswalkerbush - October 8, 2005 11:36 AM (GMT)
Not too fussed either way. If he does hang up the boots, it'll free up some room to upgrade the contracts of younger guys

DJMaC - December 5, 2005 12:11 AM (GMT)
Pratt is gone according to superleague.co.uk

Anthony Farrell
Anthony Sullivan
Dallas Hood
Dean Byrne
Francis Cummins
Frederic Teixido
Garry Connolly
Jarred Lawrence
Joel Caine
Julian O'Neill - prop
Karl Lovell
Kris Tassell
Mitch Creary
Nigel Roy
Owen Craigie
Paul Koloi
Russell Bawden
Scott Cram
Shane Marteene
Shaun Edwards
Steve Molloy
Stuart Kelly
Wes Davies
Willie Swann

chriswalkerbush - March 16, 2006 11:35 PM (GMT)
I know that Dallas Hood is still playing 'up north' in the QLD Cup,n and are you sure on Byrne and Crearie? They're both quite young or, at least, they both debuted fairly recently.

mickyj - March 17, 2006 12:39 AM (GMT)
Just becuase they might not play in a comp with media does not mean they have retired.

I heard Mitch Creary is playing in the Manly Comp.

chriswalkerbush - March 17, 2006 12:44 AM (GMT)
Likewise Craig Hall and Steve Witt are in the Real NRL

I was reading some thread last night where Creary scored 2 tries for some village team so he must still be playing.

Why dont we automatically retire any rookies who are off contract so as not to confuse things as in the Josh Lewis case??

Theres surely enough real players to go round now.

I'm still not sure whether some of my squad are rookies or not.

trognierrrr - March 19, 2006 11:41 PM (GMT)
im sure theres a few people out there who want to keep rookies, i for one have a couple that i need :P

chriswalkerbush - March 20, 2006 12:01 AM (GMT)
I noticed that Manhhardt has stepped up to the plate since hearing Radlinski was set to retire

Yeah, I agree, but I was just suggesting once they are off contract and nobody wants them "retire" them. I have one rookie signed to a 4 tear contract.

Padds - March 20, 2006 06:41 AM (GMT)
year

chriswalkerbush - March 20, 2006 07:27 AM (GMT)
Can't you edit your posts, Padds? :-p

I'm going to 'clean up' the player pool this off season, removing any extraneous rookies. I'll keep a lot of lower statted 'real' guys, though, as they're usually part of international minnows like Russia.

Thanks, mate, I'm coach of "minnows" Russia :ouch:
