The roosters dont have a real established junior system, yet they continue to dominate the lower grades because they throw the money at the young guns while their mums still changing their nappies.........there is nothing wrong with it, whatever works works........if buying geriatrics gets manly a premiership, its only going to help them with dollars for a couple more seasons.....

See we have both a Brisbane and Parra Supporter and not one of you said you did not pay 15 year olds.

The differance is if other clubs could throw 30k at the best 15 year old they will have a strong junior system.

At the local High School whichi is in the Broncos Cup but one of the weakest sides in it there are 9 players getting paid cash by NRL clubs (Broncos, Storm and Bulldogs).

So I would assume the stronger schools would have more.

Only a handful of clubs have the cash to pay kids in the hope they will come good.
