A 79th minute try by Birchgrove's Ben Creagh has snuck a 20-18 victory over the Kandy Jesters. It was a fight for points in the final 10min, with four tries scored between the pair.

The sinbinning of Wests 5/8th Tony Duggan almost cost the Magpies a victory over Cairns. Duggan was sent off for a play-the-ball infringement and during his departure, Cairns ran two point through including one of Claude Sirvent which lead to a hattrick but Wests scraped home 26-22.

A late Jamie Feeney try has saved the Hunter Bantums from a shock loss over Ryde 'got their shit together' Eagles. The match was always down the wire but a break in the 76th brought home the 16-12 win and keeps the Bantums in touch with the Top 4.

Last placed Port Kembla almost humilated Top 8 contendor Christchurch. It took the Comets pack to win against the scrum in the 78th minute and some Mark Muggleton magic to avoid the loss but this could only come 2nd to a final 18-18 draw.

Gisborns Adrian Mirhalov has become one of the most sort after players in the RSC competition after scoring a hattrick and earning himself Man of the Match with an over-all tally of 11. In the end it was some silly penalities which hurt Wests in the 20-18 defeat.

Neil Sweeney new shiney boots have done wonders in Sunshine Coasts 48-8 destuction of Hawthorn. The Wizards fullback slotted over 8/9 conversion as well as bagging himself an individual try while Brett Stewart snatched 4.

The experience of Stuart Little and Sébastien Azema have lead The Entrance to a 21-16 win over 2nd placed North West. While 3 players were brought up to top grade to the Falcons, some young players were given an oppotunity to shine especially goal-kicking wizard Matt Riddle.

Bryan Riley maybe a little known name now but he's earnt himselve the 'Super Sub' title in Kensingtons 34-14 victory over Pine River. Riley came off the bench with tremendous impact, leading the top tacklers and workhorse effort impacted in the handfull of the Highrollers points.

Highly sort after Balmain players Morgan Turinui and Frank Pritchard have added extra dollar signs possible new contracts after Balmain took a 30-16 scoreline over the struggle Rabual. The Balmain season has relied heavily on key players but after this weeks stellar performance, Storm fans will be sleeping better tonight.
