Title: Team Submission Rules
Description: MUST READ

OK, I'm going to say this once and once only, and any orders not submitted correctly (after this round), will be ignored. I have less time to enter teams into the sim than I used to, and with a million variants on submission, it's starting to piss me off. So I'll make it simple and give you some basic rules of thumb.

First and foremost, DO NOT copy and paste chunks from your formguide. Your orders should be typed in such a way that I only have to see a number and a name. For example:
1: Brent Webb
2: Shaun Briscoe

And so on. It may take you an extra minute, but it saves me about five. Secondly, rather than submitting form separately, from now on it should be done in the following way:

- On your orders, beside the player's name, simply put the amount of form you wish to purchase in brackets. Using the above as an example, you would have:
1: Brent Webb (10)
2: Shaun Briscoe (3)

etc. etc. Please remember that you cannot buy more than ten points of form for a player, and that you cannot buy their form over 120 in PL/Div 2, or over 100 in the RSC.

Next, if you have an RSC club and wish to drop or promote players, it should be done this way. At the start (or end) of your first team orders, simply do something like this.

PROMOTING
Bill
Robert

DEMOTING TO RSC
Shotgun Jimmy
Mix Master Magro

This saves me a lot of trouble, since as it currently runs, I have to dig around on each side to figure out where Ben Harris (sorry Brent, you just sprang to mind first) is.

Which brings me to my final few points. Firstly, if you have more than one team, send them all in one email. I'd prefer alphabetical order (Adelaide before Kensington), but I won't complain if you don't go that far- provided you don't send me a whole swathe of emails.

Next, if you are naming the same side as the week before, simply email me and say 'Same side as last week' and include any changes in strategy you wish. If you are using the same side and simply wish to buy some form, say it, and then include your form buying/physio in the same email. It's far simpler, and makes my job a lot easier.

As I said, if this doesn't happen, I'll simply ignore your orders that week. For the first few weeks I'll be somewhat more lenient, but it's not particularly hard, and after that I'll count it as a non-submission of teams (which this year will include a PDF fine in addition to the 10% form reduction).

Cheers for your consideration,

Chris
