As it was with last year, the ASRL will be offering a randomly generated rookie to the winner of the YouBetSports competition. This rookie will be of whatever position the coach requests, and can be 'held in reserve' as long as needed. By this, I mean, he can be generated at any point during the following year- to cover injuries etc. etc.
