As I do every year, here's an Idiot's Guide to Bidding.

Firstly, when you want to bid on a player listed as off-contract, come to this forum. See if there is a thread with that player's name. If not:

- Start a thread, with the title being the player's name

Inside the thread, use this template:

Name: Joe Bloggs
Bidding Club: Bingtown Traders
Current Club: Emmaville Enemas
Current Salary: What is listed by his name in off contracts
New Bid: Must be at least $10,000 more than his current salary. Minimum bid is $75,000

If there is already a thread for a player, use the same template but replace 'current club' with the club previously bidding, and their 'current salary' will be the highest bid.
