Title: Storm smash Bulldogs!

westspanthers - August 23, 2004 04:49 AM (GMT)
POST DELETED DUE TO INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT

MarkF - August 23, 2004 05:12 AM (GMT)
Mate, I'm not trying to be clever or anything ... but I don't think its especially wise posting stuff like this.

brandell - August 23, 2004 07:25 AM (GMT)
Mark, I agree that the way this post was writtien is not only immature but also morally wrong. However this was written in response towards another flame about the dogs beating the broncos.

I would just like to say cop that to the doggies supporters. I am glad that the dogs have been knocked off their little high horse by a team that I believe will be their in the semis.

However my team needs to learn what the term consistency means. One week we win by 60 then lose by heaps and then win again by 50. This is starting to get frustrating.

:afro: Willie is a wanker.

<osama> Osama is dismayed after the performance of his boys.

:kodak: It would have been great to see Magros face after the defeat. A real "Kodak" Moment.

:drunk: The rest of the world celebrates after the doggies defeat

:ouch: Hopefully what the Panthers will do from now on.

:sex: The doggies shower scene after the game.

It shows the wisdom of some people really. I wont stoop to your level to argue with this its just childish and not worth getting worked up over. Sure be happy the dogs are off their streak but to express it by rehashing tired old rape shit weve copped to death till it was proven false, racist comments and by outing your fantasies of Anasta and co in the shower doesnt really seem very intelligent.

I regret the loss but i would rather a loss before the finals series start than during them. I thought Sherwins whole game was off, poor kicks and two knock ons is way below his level. The whole team dropped a lot of ball that game. I guarantee that Folkesey will have all the boys out training with the sprinklers on this week to get used to the wet conditions. I thought Utais sin binning was wrong as the tackled player pulled him to the ground as he was getting up. But all said the Storm played better wet weather football and outmuscled the dogs pack. They were also superb at kick chase while the dogs looked sluggish in this area. Bloody good game though and the dogs will be out for retribution next week.

Hopefully we get to face the Storm again in the finals to seek revenge for the loss.

I don't know who he is but i pity any bastard called "Sonny bill".Sounds like his sister is his cousin and his fathers his older brother.

Chris Columbo - August 23, 2004 10:31 PM (GMT)
Dont bring Emmaville family trees into a football conversation Anthony.

brandell - August 24, 2004 01:56 AM (GMT)
You know it's amazing, when your team beats our teams it's open season for slander. But once someone says something about a doggies loss it's immature and unintelligent.

I'd say you guys were lucky not innocent. The only reason it will come up over and over again is because your boys keep on doing stupid shit like that Over and Over again.

You don't like it? Why not support a team that knows to stay out of shit? Then you won't have to sob eveytime the naughty R word is heard.

MrCharisma - August 24, 2004 05:27 AM (GMT)
Why should we support another side, why didn't you start supporting someone else when you got flogged by the Roosters the other weekend? It's one lose in 11 games, we are equal 1st in competition point and one slip by the Roosters and we have it back, after all they aren't really playing impressive football.

Truely shows why Queensland haven't won an Origin series in a couple of years now.

As for Sonny-Bill, he kicks the shit out of the soft cock and traitor Harmichael Kunt.

westspanthers - August 24, 2004 05:36 AM (GMT)
HAHAHAHAH yeah showed, Karmichael completely outplayed Sonja Jill Williams easily. You must also be an idiot for supporting such a piss porr club! Bringing the Origin in geez your looking for a good payout :P if we are living in the past still how about I mention the 1998 grand final :D

brandell - August 24, 2004 05:47 AM (GMT)
I wasn't suggesting that you support another side because you lost a game. Why don't you read the posts before complaining. I was suggesting that if you supported a side that doesn't either, abuse policemen, cheat the cap, have hooligans for fans then you wouldn't have to care each time we bring them up.

Granted other teams have been invloved in Cap Cheating and abuse and stuff, but not at the rate of the Doggies. They are continually finding themselves in the news for the wrong reason which is affecting the image of the game. Thats why I said you should support somone else. That way you won't continually have to sob because we will bring it up time and time again.

Why should we support another side, why didn't you start supporting someone else when you got flogged by the Roosters the other weekend? It's one lose in 11 games, we are equal 1st in competition point and one slip by the Roosters and we have it back, after all they aren't really playing impressive football.

And Magro you should have written loss instead of lose. And it probably should be competition points not point, and also one slip up sounds better than simply one slip.

Just remember that before you try and big note someone on your supposed english ability that your not perfect yourself. Hell I'm no good at enlish myself.

MrCharisma - August 24, 2004 06:03 AM (GMT)
sorry Randell, will attempt to spell check all my typing...

brandell - August 24, 2004 06:05 AM (GMT)
None of your problems came from mispelt words. Just word placement.

MarkF - August 24, 2004 06:30 AM (GMT)
My early note of caution about this thread was nothing to do with me taking sides (ie the Bulldogs over the Broncos) because, as most of you probably know, I don't support an NRL team and have no affinity with either the Broncos or the Bulldogs.

Again, as most of you probably know, my background means I have quite a decent knowledge of what you can and can't write in a public forum, and while I might be being over-cautious, I would suggest this thread be deleted.

chriswalkerbush - August 24, 2004 06:40 AM (GMT)
I agree with Mark. By all means insult one another and comment on the game, but leave rape out of it. I've editted out anything that could be considered slanderous towards the 'Dogs.

MackDadday - August 25, 2004 04:55 AM (GMT)
hey buddy, Don't rag on Emmaville, its a thriving metropolis compared to Torrington!

AND

OH THE CONTROVERSY!

Chris Columbo - August 26, 2004 07:30 AM (GMT)
I have no family members living in Torrington thank you Anthony. And as far as supporting the team despite all the bad media coverage we get. The fact that i still am able to support them despite the shit thats come out of their camp makes me even more proud of them. I wouldnt consider changing my team for anything. My loyalty has been given to the dogs now and its beyond my power to change my team preference.

MackDadday - August 26, 2004 10:56 AM (GMT)
What if it were to become known that the bulldogs were a front for swindling retarded kids out of ther wheelchairs?

Chris Columbo - August 29, 2004 05:02 AM (GMT)
I guess id have to learn to live with that too. I did hear that the dogs were working with the kids in cancer wards. Lets hope the work they do for the disadvanteged isnt just a front for the highly lucrative second hand wheelchair trade.
