I'd say the reason everyone flames Randell is that, in general, he is a dickhead.

He struts around the forum trying to make himself feel big by picking arguments with fifteen year olds, and then has the audacity to get pissed off if anyone his own age decides to intervene. He also seems to be amused by pasting the same inane, gramatically incorrect insults over and over again- but changing the names.

I would just like to apologise for using the hall of flame for it's purpose. I will never ever flame anyone again because it is not Satisfactory to do so. I understand that my actions may offend or hurt someone. I would just like to say that I am planning to go back to Kindergarten and do every grade again for two weeks so I can learn my grammar skills and be able to fit in to this elite organisation. I also apologise to all the younger fifteen year olds for picking on you, it is my immature nature that forces me to do these things and I hope to be able to suppress them in the future. Most flames that are created have no malice in them and are only there for a joke. In Particular the Coach Profiles that were created were obviously not true and where they may have been taken a bit too far did not hurt too much. Shown from the fact that I still talk to JD. The post that you made showed absolutely no sense of humour and seemed posted for only one purpose, to piss me off. There was no indication that you were being sarcastic.

Show me the funny side of that post and I will agree with it. I am sure that if I posted flames like the one you have posted that I would have been hauled off this forum long ago and indeed I would agree with me being ousted.

Randell was not banned, he as a forum member had become a monitored poster.. which means that all this posts needed to be approved by myself, Chris, Hoy or JD.

Randell gained this special privilage not just by his current actions within this thread, but through his ASRL stay. He has been abusive to the majority of members and I do believe he may be banned currently from the New Members section because he seems to think it's funny to abuse new coaches. You may think this is ok but imagine how a poor new coach feels when they step into here and find someone already abusing them. Deserve it or not, no coach deserves to be abused here... even Red Guy whom alot of you think it's funny.

To be honest, I feel he should be continued to be banned after his Yahoo! Group stunt. For the time being a guess, his cancelation of his board member status will have to do.
