i been playing 1 yr and 4 months self taught and i no i think i'm shit, some people when i play say i'm good cos of rhythm and how well i can play these songs

I've been playing the guitar for a year and a month. Back then I started playing the sanitarium main riff on acoustic guitar, so I got my first Guitar and amp at my Birthday one year ago. I was so psyched because it's alot easier to play electric Guitar once you get used to play with a pick, then playing acoustic...

Nirvana Stuff is really Great to getting used to Powerchords and to learn how to move your fingers quickly enough for... let's say Negative Creep. Someday I decided that I had to learn Master of Puppets and that's where i learned faster Downpicking. Palm Muting is also a very fun thing to do. You'll get the Metal typical "shredding" sound with alot of distorion

By now I try to play the Mop Main riff as good as I can, that's a good thing to stick to

oh nooo, i play Jaymz' parts except for One so that's why i only put (except solo) on that one.

i play all metallica's song except some of the solos on a couple of songs that are too fast for me right now....i can also play some deicide, cannibal corpse, morbid angel, carcass, and some easy one from nirvana

ah, okay. is it me, or is that metallica's hardest solo...i cant seem to be able to do all the picking and tremolo bar-ing etc...i find it way harder than the blackened solo for example
